  • You can enroll or switch a Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan for the coming year.
  • Switching MA, MA-PD or Part D prescription drug plans is on a guarantee issue basis, with no medical underwriting
  • During this period you may drop your MA or MA-PD plan and return to Original Medicare for the coming year

What Else Can I Do?

If you have considered switching to a Medigap policy from your Medicare Advantage Plan, now is the time to do it.  Please remember you may be subject to medical underwriting for the Medigap policy and could be turned down.

What if I Already Have a Medigap Policy?

The Annual Open Enrollment period does not apply to you.  Your Medigap policy is guaranteed renewable. However, if you have a Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan you can switch that plan for the coming year.
